Publication policy and rights

About the research archive

This section holds two kinds of records: work produced by association members, and metadata records gathered from open scholarly sources. In both cases authorship and copyright stay with the creators and the publisher.

Work by association members

For work the association or one of its members created and may redistribute, we can host the PDF and show the abstract. That happens only after a written rights confirmation is recorded and an explicit licence is chosen.

External records

For a paper published elsewhere, only metadata is kept: title, authors, journal, year, DOI and links. The full file is never mirrored; readers are sent to the publisher or the official repository.

Abstracts and PDFs

An abstract appears only when the association wrote it or its redistribution permission is on record. Hosting a PDF is allowed only for our own work or an open licence (CC BY, CC BY-SA, CC0 and similar) with a recorded rights confirmation.

Without a right to republish the abstract we show none of it; the page then carries only the record and a link to the source.

Publication workflow

Records imported from an API always start as drafts. An editor adds a Persian title, a topic and, when useful, an association summary, then approves publication. Nothing is published automatically.

Metadata sources

Metadata is read from free, reputable services. Each has its own terms of use; we use their official endpoints and respect their rate limits.

  • OpenAlex — open index of scholarly works and citations
  • Crossref — the official DOI registration and publisher metadata
  • DOAJ — directory of open access journals

Corrections, objections and removal

If a record is wrong, a work was indexed without permission, or a file must be withdrawn, write to us with the page URL and the reason. Rights requests are handled first, and the record can be taken offline immediately while we review it.
